What an amazing and very moving experience you have captured in this post, Bob. Memorable on different levels — the awesome beauty of the locations and the darkness and sadness of a very tragic era in our history . An interesting post and a wonderful experience for you. Thank you for sharing with us.

@stargazer Hi star, thank you so much for the interest shown and your most welcome comments. Mt Vesuvius and Pompei were just as you described it – mind blowing. The apple strudel was to die for and our photos of Oberammergau don’t do the village any justice at all. To really appreciate it you need to wander the streets as the greater majority… Read more

@Gee-gee
I stand corrected about adding photos to site wide posts. I just noticed a post from one of the admin members and it only mentions GIF and music appendages. Truly sorry about that, we are going to miss your photo contributions as they were truly appreciated.

You are right @bob_deb , I was thinking you could post pics as a free member but its only gifs. I apologise

@Julia01 Just been looking at your acrylic pourings. I watched the video tutorial a day or two ago and I have to say that, for a first attempt, you have done remarkably well. Maybe not quite the same degree of fluidity but never the less no mean effort. Keep practicing and it will not be long before you will become a dab hand at it. Thanks for posting.

Are you going to try your hand at fluid painting bob? it’s great fun but very messy lol
