Insprational Women

I Love this hits home: As I look back,” she says, “I wish that I had a few people who reminded me that I did not need to have all of the answers. There is no such thing as work/life balance—there is only life. You don’t have to be the last one at the office every night, and you don’t have to change every diaper. Make the choices you believe in your heart are right, and make no apologies.”
I found this paragraph in an article I was reading on inspirational women. did you know that in this decade over 1800 women have graduated from Harvard. What a braining/heart! LOL So simply stated and as genuinely true.
I have had many women bosses and there just different. Must be the gift of birthing. Man searches his who life for what destiny he will leave behind that will moralize his place in time.
money, cars, trophy wife’s, success, power inventions. And women are simply born with their mortality the gift to create a life. Excuse me did a little afternoon reading at park. Book called Fire in the Belly. Just sharing. well back to work. Chat later

  1. Maybe because we women are always trying to proove ourself in a man’s world……………and it would be interesting to know the differences you found in your male and female bosses ( without stating the obvious ) i have been in the female boss role, and always went the extra mile, and i think i probably made more allowances for the men than the women, i will hasten to add this was in a residential setting, and the domestic side came easier to the women than the men…..of course the men came in handy if anything needed fixing…………and another point to mention is that i wasn’t allowed to put two men on shift together, the reason being if there was any act of abuse then the men would be seen as collaboraters………….so i guess some jobs the women fare better……….in others the men.

  2. I have known many inspirational woman and have been inspired on many occasions. There was Theresa Glazier who inspired me to grow a pony tail, wear polo necked jumpers and preach Trotsky’s version of a brave new world. Then there was Jennifer Armishaw who inspired me to to kick Trotsky into touch, wear a Poncho and embrace anarchy and free love. Then there was Doreen Rock who inspired me to wash regularly, stop eating pot noodles and seek paying employment. Another one I should mention is Elsie McCrum who inspired me to be Clyde to her Bonny and rob a petrol station in Blackheath. There is an endless list that I could mention endlessly but those I have mentioned should suffice to convinced you of my knowledge of inspirational woman.
