Water Before Bedtime

About 90% of heart attacks occur early in the morning and it can be minimized if one takes a glass or two of water NOT grog or beer before retiring in the evening.

I knew water is important but I never knew about the special times to drink it. Did you??

Drinking water at the correct time maximizes its effectiveness on the Human body:

1 glasses of water after waking up – helps activate internal organs.
1 glass of water 30 minutes before a meal – helps digestion.
1 glass of water before taking a bath – helps lower blood pressure.
1 glass of water before going to bed – avoids stroke or heart attack.

  1. I am ashamed to say I generally wait until I am thirsty before I drink. – something apparently you should not do. A few months ago,sick of seeing nearly everybody walking around with expensive bottles of water, i thought I would just see for myself the benefits of drinking when you don’t feel as if you want to.I have to say I was amazed. Within a few hours I felt so much better, nothing I can put my finger on when I say better, but just felt more “well” in myself. I really dislike water tap or otherwise so now I add a little lemon or something but the benefit was something I did not expect to feel.I wonder how many people, when they are not feeling themselves, are just dehydrated without really knowing?!
