A ridged mind creates a ridged body & soul!
The night sky lowers to mingle with an orangey/red band of lingering daylight; the day has relentlessly scorched the earth, and left, midair, scents of flowers and food, wafting along the pier from the restaurants lining the seashore. As you gaze out to the dark mass of ocean, salt air dulling your senses, seagull screeching in the distance, a profound moment hits you… THIS HAS ALL HAPPENED BEFORE! Standing here, looking out to sea at an identical dusk, all the sounds, smells, the complete picture, a replica of another time!
The déjà vu moment causes you to wonder if you just experienced a glitch in time, a space-hiccup, or a misprint in God’s manuscript… you will never know. Could it be that you were here in a former life, experiencing a similar dusk scene along with all the sensory additives?
The point being, you, me, the scientist, can neither explain nor deny déjà vu existence. Yet déjà vu is as beautifully bizarre and extramundane as ‘sleep watching’, ‘astral projecting’, etc.
So let us open our minds and be as we were as children – open to suggestion – willing to believe in some ‘thing’ at least until proven otherwise. A ridged mind creates a ridged body & soul!
I get déjà vu a lot and the amount of coincidiences I get are unreal!!!…….for instance I get talking to someone and it could be hundreds or thousands of miles away and somehow ~ I have an amazing coincidience happening right now which you couldn’t make it up and to think of all the thousands of people there are ~ wow it’s unreal even to unbelieveable for a soap!!!!…..
😉
yes debz it does seem some things are unexplainable . That’s why I think we can only keep an open mind and accept that there is lot more to us humans than we care to imagine!
as always Bob i enjoyed reading that 🙂
There are more things, Horatio, in heaven and earth than are dreamed of in your philosophy.
Yes bob, have had many experiences, source of thought and wonder, love the unexplained!
I’ve always believed we are much more than we seem, and I have had many deja vu experiences, but wrapping my head around them is confusing – does that make sense??
foreveryoung2 once we start analysing the way we work , to me, nothing makes perfect sense! ourselves. Skippy , I feel privileged when I receive a supernatural event , but for me they happen often enough.
Cheers Pollie and Waylander for reading and commenting.
