Wow and WOOOHOOOOO New Shout Box on Senior Chatters
I am astonished, amazed and super delighted with the new shoutbox here on Senior Chatters. If you have not tried it, you are missing out on what may become the best part of Senior chatters. We can post pics and videos, and we have the coolest and most expressive little emoticons, the funny little faces.
I posted a pic of my flooded street and I tested quite a few emoticons. Someone else posted a big red rose. What does all this sound like to you? I like talking to my far-flung friends here. Now my Aussie friends can post snow pics while many of us are sweating.
I was asked for pics by a friend and I put them on my page and it was not the same. I am just so excited about this new shoutbox that I wanted to tell you all and right away. AND, I don’t have one complaint.
The new shout box is worth checking out. You don’t want to miss it. Woohoooooo!

Rose, can’t access Shout ~ don’t worry about my absence.
Of course I will worry about your absence, but I will worry less. I had trouble with posting also, but I am somewhat accustomed to Rob and his tinkering. It is always a work in progress. I am sure it will work smoothly eventually.

Shoutbox and Infobox,not working here…Blank !

cap, I am learning that there are changes, and it sometimes takes a while to get the tech stuff to work with all of our various computers, notebooks, tablets, Kendals, smart phones and more maybe. I am glad you can use chat now.
For those not seeing the InfoBox and ShoutBox messages. Make sure that your chat window is Online. By this I mean make sure you haven’t switched it to ‘Offline’
If you see a red power icon in the lower right hand corner of the page you are offline from all chat, including InfoBox and ShoutBox posts, and that will be why you can’t see the messages. Click the power icon to re-enable ~ Rob.
I was just in Shout with my chat box on green and then on red. It worked. I am on a Chromebook. I love my Chromebook. The shout box is just working much quicker and easier Thank you Mr. Rob.
Well, that helps. After I get out of shout, I will turn it to red, so the chatters will know that I am not available and am not lurking.
We just have to make some adjustments, The shout box is so much fun. People are posting all sorts of things.
