Freddie

My dog he is a hooligan and drives us all insane

He dashes madly round the house and quite forgets his name

Selective deafness is his ploy along with frantic barking

No cat or rat is safe from him and as for cars and parking – – –

Nothing escapes his canine clutches and if a squirrel he spy’s

His fury shakes the bushes

The toys and balls his master buys are strewn about the house

He is the alpha male here , of that there is no doubt

But after all is said and done , he is our lovely boy

And if he wasn’t here with us , then life would have no joy.

  1. I have no dogs and I guess that is because I prefer human company and other reasons. I am okay without them except I have no reason to go out and walk that cannot be ignored. Security also may be a problem also.
