I got my knee XRay results and the conclusion is that I have minimal degenerative changes. At 81 that is pretty delightful and I can continue with my exercises. I will be doing a happy dance for real.

Marie, I guess they will give me a file with 40 letters to write. I just need to write one paragraph and address and envelope. I can stop if I want to. The letters will be written, thousands, and mailed in October.
