A Monday Hello to everyone at 6:50 am. Today is a Holiday and what we call Columbus Day. Several States celebrate it by different names. There is a lot of myths and some history, maybe. My weather is cool, high 57 and low 42 F, 60% chance of light rain at 8am and 9 am then sunny . I need to go shopping for food today. All is well. Hugs and good wishes.

Hi Rose. Yes our seasons kind of merge these days. But between winds and heavy showers it is still hot here in Montenegro. I go back to the UK for a fortnight on Weds, I will really feel the difference. Wishing you a happy and productive week. 😆

It has been a hard week dealing with the threats of hurricane Milton. I did hear from all the relatives in florida and they are safe and have electricity. One sister had not checked on her home. My niece and her husband are first responders and cannot leave. These first responders are brave people and a lot is asked of them. Unsung heroes.

A decade or more ago we were in Fort Myres and thought it a beautiful place. God only knows what devastation that hurricane will leave in it’s wake. Let us all hope no more lives will be lost.
