A Monday Hello to everyone CST zone from Chicago Metro at 6:35 am. This is the last Monday of 2024. My weather is pretty good, clouds, High 42F and low 35F, so no freezing temps. Rose like your Monday photo’s. Well if you have a queen bed I would think that queen sheets should fit. I have a CA. King Bed and I am able to get my CA. King Sheets on the bed but always nice to have some one else help put on the sheets on my bed. Enjoy making your chili today.🌞

I ordered a journal for 2025 and do think that will have a positive effect. I am also posting a link to changes that you can make this year. One is eat more vegetables. A Sunday hello to everyone at 5am CST zone. My weather call is for a lot of rain today, high 46F high and Low of 33F. I slept well and feel great. I plan to go to Church today and take a special Italian cake that I bought called Panettone and it is a yeast cake with brandy and candied fruit. Hugs and good wishes to everyone.

A Friday Hello to everyone at 3:30 am and this is a usual wake up time for me. My weather is like spring , High 51F and low 46F, and rainy. I am going out today. I need to buy a lot of fruits and veges and lean meat and almost nothing else for my new healthier diet. It is fine and I have a fresh market 2 blocks away.

I Usually make year end resolutions and I mostly have to continue and focus on what I have been doing, and not backslide. I went to a new doctor and got checks, labs, and tests and most are good and a few are creeping up, so I will focus on checking my blood pressure and see if I can get it to go lower this year. Sometimes yes, although a defence mechanism can ‘kick in’ automatically causing this. In such cases some light can be allowed back in again when it’s deemed safe.
