A frigid Monday morning, 9:10 CAST zone in Chicago Metro. My weather is record breaking cold at 13F and a low of -6F. I have been watching a Netflix series, “Younger”. I enjoy most of it too much to cut it out. Cut back? Maybe a little but not completely. Whole natural foods (non processed) are not as bad for you as over processed foods.

I dont use alot of meat. Fried,baked, sweets are very occasional treats. Cheese and butter are my biggest challenge. Use, feta & Parmesan for more taste less quantity. Back off the alcohol for a few weeks. Its only discipline and health that keep me on track. I do find it very unfair that I cant indulge in toast or bread slathered in butter.…
