Happy Sunday. I ordereded two 3 pound dumbells. I have two 5 pound weights. My grandson also wants me to do one hour workouts. I will start with 30 minutes. I think. My grandson is a body builder and an occupational therapist. Food is fuel for him and if I do little, I need little to eat, so that changes my thinking a lot. Sunday morning…

Rose that would be a hard act to follow,I did consider cutting out all carberhydrates and just eating meat & eggs and whilst I could do it for so long but eventually become bored with it, so I’ll stick eating and drinking in moderation.

Larry. I have always been an early bird. I get a lot more done and I treasure my early bird friends. I love the the birds because they usually keep me company when it is warmer.😀 I am on CDT zone which is 6 hours behind your time, Enjoy your rainy day.

A saturday evening Hello to everyone at 7:10 pm. The weather is cool and cloudy low 35F. I had a slow and quiet day today. On Wednesday we had tornadoes in the area and a dirty rain which left a lot of mud on cars. I never saw anything like it before.

Rose like you Saturday photo’s. It was sunny here today and then was cloudy and got up to 62F this afternoon. Not sure what a dirty rain is but sounds like it left some mud on the cars out there. Well hope you have a good rest of your night and I just finished watching the movie Leap Year which was filmed in Ireland. Now I am going to go to bed. 🌞

i haven’t posted in a while. I have had a lot going on both good and bad. I have had to deal with serious medical issues caused by radiation damage from a small cancer issue. I’ve worn odd socks many times but never shoes. I can imagine it being a point of discussion along with a bold hair style though, especially if clothing makes a statement too. Reminds me of parts of London where people really explore their individuality and personal style. I can’t pull anything like that off though, I just end up looking weird 😁

The weather is getting sunny and warm and seem to call me outside. I have a goal to log at least 2500 steps which is one mile and I did it. I also logged 8 hours of Active zone minutes which is one of my goals. I wear a fitbit tracker and I love it. it is easier to be busy in good weather. I have worn a Holter Monitor a couple of times when I first learned I had a heart mumer in 1996 and my dr. recomended I go see a cardiologist who I still go to every 6 months. Larry, I will check on NYC and I live in Chicago Metro and we dye our Chicago River Green and some people drink a lot of green beer. and have parties and Parades. I think they ignore lent. It’s all okay with me.
