I am posting an article from an Oxford study which is worth reading. My takeaway is everybody wants to be smart, but people are stupid when they drink. Alcohol actually shrinks the brain, but It can recover. We see the opposite, the smart cool people drink.

I got a traffic ticket to deal with and I am calm, but need a connected lawyer. I just got my insurance renegotiated, but a traffic ticket will raise them when I buy insurance, so I will deal with this. I got a message that popped up on my smart phone that my walking is unsteady and I could fall in the next year. Isn’t all this technology amazing? I need to get to my gym and build up muscles quick. I think I can improve. I just got lazy for too long I will admit.

I may rename this group highlights or lowlights. because I had both today. My highlight was getting my new antenna functioning all by myself. Depending on myself usually gets me the help quicker than any other way. My TV is functional but still needs the channel scanning process done. That is not my lowlight, though.

I learn more and more everyday about myself, and the ones that gossip. None of which is true. If someone is gossiping to you about another, it doesnt say a lot about their character of that person. So more than likely they are gossiping about you as well.
