Monday Spring in January
A happy Monday at 5:50 am CST zone in Chicago Metro. Well… oddly enough it’s kinda like that here in the UK as well. A warm front has blown in from the Atlantic bringing winds coming from the South, which has resulted in many areas of the UK reaching double digits today. North Wales is no exception with 10°C currently. Some places may see 11°C or even higher. I am not complaining…ha ha!

@roseinbloom I like that quote alot. Controlling my thoughts is rather a battle some days. I like the thought of nurturing the positive thoughts and helping them grow. Its that positive direction I need. Trying not to do something is impossible ‘dont think of a pink elephant’…,and there it is. 🤔

I can certainly identify with motivational problems and the benefit of doing it together. I find myself craving a walking partner actually, not only to help motivate me out of the door but for making the walks more interesting as well.

Hello on Thursday, today i feel great, the weather if good except a rainstorm later in the day and the streets are safe to travel. Feeling good is a bit harder lately. When we were younger, we suffered from hangovers till we got smarter, as I get older things get more complicated and balancing them is not simple. Hugs and have a good day.

I agree. Feeling great is not a given, and not expected either. We do have to work at it sometimes, but it’s worthwhile.
