We have just had a contingent of Aussie fire fighters return from Canada. They were over there helping fight the fires. Hope your air improves Rose. Nothing worse than breathing in the smoke from bush fires. We have that here in fire season too. It is really not good for the lungs.

A happy Saturday Hello to everyone. My air quality is lower, 102, today and a normal June day with thunderstorms. I finished my paint project, so I can get rid of that mess. I go to my Saturday health group today and I plan to pick up food from my favorite Asian restaurant a few blocks from my home. Hugs and good wishes to everyone.

A happy Friday morning to everyone. My air quality,160, is distressing and I will wear a mask when I am outside. I have several big chores to do, but I am committed to being more active. I track my steps and zone minutes. We have a big holiday on Tuesday so am not sure what the weekend traffic and stores will be like. Hugs and good wishes to everyone.

Rose glad you had a N95 mask to wear and today the area quality if 165 outside here in the Baltimore , MD. area. I have not been out anytwhere except on my patio for a few minutes yesterday and the air did not bother me but was only outside a few minutes. Take care . 🌞
