Rose , Do you mean deleting messages on the Shoutbox as you can only delete each message on the Shoutbox and that is done by clicking on the 3 dots to the right on the Shoutbox and delete drops down there and when you click delete it will remove that post .

My town of Elmwood Park is having an annual festival starting tomorrow and going for three days. The restaurants provide tastes of their food. Hugs and good wishes to everyone.

I wish everyone a happy Tuesday. My air quality is moderate and my weather is good, high 83 with thunderstorms. I need to seriously work on getting more sleep. I will be strict about a bedtime routine and I may take melatonin if that doesn’t work. Hugs and good wishes to everyone.

I managed to sleep pretty good last night – it was cooler. I have always had trouble sleeping due to my bipolar. My Dad noticed this when I was 13 and allowed me to stay up and sleep when I could. He told me I was responsible for keeping my school grades up and if I didn’t I would have to have a curfew again. That helped a lot because… Read more
