It is Monday and I need to rev up my goals and efforts. My knees got clicky so I think I need to got to the gym and use the rowing and special bike. Both exercise more of the total boy than just walking does. Have a good week.

My steps for today so far is 5777. I got them walking and shopping with a friend. I have to find fun and productive ways to stay active. I can be unmotivated, otherwise. I found myself moving to music by the Beatles. I play music through my subscription from Amazon Prime. I would love to hear about ways to have fun with fitness.💃

I’d love to hear about ways to have fun with fitness, too, Rose. Exercise is kind of a bore. My insurance company will give me a small bonus if I walk 5000 steps a day, but that’s a lot! I only do it about once a week. The Health app on my phone counts my steps.

Happy hot Saturday, 94F today in my zipcode. It is 6:20 and I am in a hurry to leave by 7 am. to meet a friend and have breakfast and walk about. My friend loves to walk about and to shop and drink coffee so I we usually enjoy our time together. More later.
