Bang goes another Saturday. I guess the ROKU tv’s with loads of channels are everywhere now, and I love flipping through the different channels to see whats new. I also go through entire series. For crime drama you’d have to go a long way to beat ‘Wire In The Blood’ with Robson Green or, for a much lighter note, ‘The Darlington Buds Of May’ with David Jason.

Polly , I have never heard of that one . But I do watch a series that is filmed up in Canada called Murdock Mysterys and love it and this is the 19th season and it started last month and I have not watched any of the episodes yet and there are 21 episodes and it started on 10/6/25. Have you watched Murdock Mysteries? 🌞

I’ve taken pasta salad, macaroni salad, ham,chicken or egg salad and rolls. Potato salad, meatballs with brown gravy, rigatoni, baked beans, scalloped potatoes, chicken soup, chili, beef stew, little smokies in bbq sauce in crock pot. I don’t know there are so many choices. We usually do an online group so everyone can say what they are…

@PollyPie I well to my first ever Thanksgiving last year. Over 20 guests. A big favourite was what we called The cheese Bomb. Recipe below. I made it for new year. Went down great with mulled wine, my contribution to the evening.
