I have lately been thinking of getting my memory checked, but that’s as far as its gone.
This morning I put the tap in the bathroom sink on and plugged it. Went to the kitchen to take my meds, then took the puppers out for a walk. Came back and put the rubbish out.

Way back, in 1969, when we were granted a council flat the floor’s were covered with cheap lino. Our first big expenditure was wall to wall carpet for the living room. Well I do remember (from my childhood) carpet that was laid down covering most of the room but with some gaps, notable in the alcoves either side of the chimney breast and in the space bay window.
