Stop thinking of them as “hot flashes.” Think of them as your inner child playing with matches.

In either case, you are on fire so jump into cold water or a safe cold place. Take of extra clothing if you can deal with that. Then consider fireproofing. I used estrogen and it worked very well.

I have a potholder that I was working on today that has a recipe for margaritas. that I was crafting into a towel with a hanging loop and button. I had a friend who like margaritas and so do many people.
