this is a pic of my horse Choco. He saved my life……10 years ago I could not even leave my house to go to my mailbox down the drive way. So what did I do? I bought a horse. So here is a new recipe I just found and made yesterday. So good!! I give it 5 stars.
taco casserole
2tblsp oil
1 large onion finely chopped
12 oz soy gr. meat alternative
2 cups salsa
1 bag 8oz seasoned tortilla chips
1 cup of refried beans
1cup shredded vegan cheddar cheese alternative

here is a great receipe i found. Orzo Salad with Lemon and Sage,
2 cups orzo
3tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
1/3 cup olive oil
1/2 cup sliced green onion
10 leaves fresh sage finely chopped
1 yellow bell pepper
2 tbsp capers with brine
1 tsp lemon zest
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp gr pepper
