Friendly Farms in Upperco , Maryland . Open in 1959 and they served the customers out of the farm house and then in 1964 they build a bigger building up from their farm house and that is the building that is in the 3rd photo I post here of Friendly Farms.

Marie, Friendly farms is beautiful and I am sure the food is wholesome and delicious.Thank you for the phota. Marie, I like your photos and a birthday family dinner will be a nice reunion and Brithday celebration.Is Friendly Farms an Amish or other type of religious group restaurant. I have gone to some of them that are in Indiana, about 60 miles from where I now live. I hope your Sunday is going well.

Rose , No Friendly Farms is not Amish or any other religious group. The Wilhelm family open the restaurant in 1959 in there farm house and then in 1964 built a separate building for serving all their customers.
