Marie, You and I are in the same boat, but I have managed to proceed with my many changes necessary for me and James to function as we need to in our bedrooms and our shared bathroom. I am lucky to have found my special helper to help me. I may have Covid or a similar Virus but at least my horribly painful throat is okay. I hope you are better.…

Hi Marie sorry your cold is lingering on sometimes it’s hard to shift,but the worst thing you shouldn’t do is overdose on excess cough medicine and cough sweet better leave off all medication and see if you get any improvement.ok Marie get well soon.

Marie, I am sorry about your cold and maybe sitting outside in the sunshine would do yo some good. My virus is still with me. I have a bit of a runny nose but very, very little energy. I got dressed and straighten up. James has landed and is on his way home and I am very excited to tell him about my new changes.
