Made a pot of vegetable beef soup with Hanover Frozen Vegetable’s and the vegetables in the bag were pea’s , carrot’s, corn, potatoe’s, green bean’s, lima bean’s, onion’s. cabbage, okra and rutabaga. Just had a bowl for a late lunch.

Marie, I never heard of Hanover vegetables but it sounds like a good combination. I am prejudiced against rutabaga and okra, but they are probably delicious. I see you made a big pot. I usually always make a big pot of soup.

I like you post and photo but you can complain about your weather is you feel like it. In areas that get more extreme weather, the electricity and furnaces and homes are not built to function at that level. Good Morning, It is another cold morning here in North Mays Chapel, Maryland & 22F outside and going to 33F this afternoon. Then it is going to start warming up here in the Maryland area. Watched the Baltimore Ravens’ football game last night and the won 34 to 10 and beat the Houston Texans. Now they will play here next Sunday the winner today…

Rather be sitting on the beach in a warm climate today but sadly I am sitting in my den looking out my window at snow on the ground and 22F degree temperature’s here in Maryland this morning. It is only 62 days till spring . ☀

Marie, I have gone to baseball games when it was about 100 degrees and I stayed inside a lot in the club area, so I hope your daughter will stay warm somehow. Some people have special battery operated blankets and special boots and clothing. I hope they manage to stay safe and free of frostbite.

This is the Pagoda in Patterson Park in Baltimore that someone posted on Baltimore Past and Present Facebook page and it is decorated for the Ravens Football Team as they play the Houston Texans here at M& T Stadium on Saturday . My grandson Joe live’s 3 blocks south of the Pagoda in Patterson Park in the Canton area of Baltimore.
