I’m really tired and it’s so hot. I am having serious doubts about surviving summer here. I went into Ada with Mike this morning. He had a lung therapy session. We needed to get some things for the animals and he got Deeohgee and Darby all worked up making them think they were going.

We got to Cushing and got checked in. We attended the funeral of our friend. He lived a long, full and happy life. He was such a good person and so fun to spend time with. Everyone who attended had such nice and fun memories to share. I was looking forward to seeing him during this visit so it was a bit of a shock hearing of his passing. …
