My arms and hands are cramping. I have no idea why. But it makes my arms tired. I might need more potassium in my system.

I have to be in Shawne at Noonish so we have to get moving. My insurance has become a problem. The idiots I have to talk to aggravate me and they are changing things to the point that this insurance is not helping me. Why should I pay for a insurance that does me no good anymore.
I’m not sure when I will be back.

Now that is really very hot. It got up to 89 here today and we are having another thunderstorm which started at 8:50 p.m. and had one that started at 7p.m. Well do hope you weather is not so hot tomorrow . It is going to be 93F here tomorrow and I have to go out to an apt, at 2 p.m. Well take care and stay inside with the AC on ok. 🤗
