Back to the real world I wish I were no part of *smile*. . . hopefully tomorrow I will get up at a time when I can actually do something. I rarely sleep so late in the day and I’ve done it two days in a row. I feel mentally exhausted. . . hope you all feel better

A routine of sleep time and awake time would definitely help, no matter if you’re a night owl or a morning person. Occasional slips from routine shouldn’t be too much pf a problem though, just temporary glitches hopefully.

My Granddaughter and I are dealing with the same “Drama Queen”. Her mother is my eldest daughter. Her and I have been doubting ourselves with much the same feelings except that the person is my child and the person is her mother – she is her only child.
