Do you know something? It can actually seem like that, but it’s not. It’s different. There are plenty of modern day things we have trouble grasping but equally there are many things that we know about which remain a mystery to modern day people, and our survival tactics / instincts would probably be streets ahead of embarrassingly…

Had a lovely Thai curry from a little takeaway just down the road, it’s run by a charming couple who’s English put’s most locals to shame. Washed this down with a bottle of English fizz, apparently the secondary fermentation method was bought to this country by the Romans, and being used again after two thousand years!
