“Pizzly bears are usually 40 to 60 inches tall, 78 inches to up to 120 inches in length, and typically weigh around 1000 pounds. While polar bears are at an increased risk of extinction in the decades ahead due to climate change, these new pizzly bear hybrids may be better suited to their changing environment.”

Interesting, seeing as the ice the polar bears live on is getting smaller due to climate change and will eventually being living on land

Uranus was first named George.
When William Herschel first discovered the planet in 1781, the English astronomer named it the Georgium Sidus (the Georgian Planet) in honor of King George III.

Some street names are truly bizarre.
There is a street in Valladolid, in Spain – Calle Me Falta un Tornillo – which translates roughly to ‘I’ve Got a Screw Loose Street’.
-
I wouldn’t like to live in that street!

Clean your walls with play-doh.
Play-Doh wasn’t always a children’s plaything. In fact, it was first developed as wallpaper cleaner! It wasn’t until the manufacturer realised that the non-toxic nature of the product would make a great children’s toy that the whole aim of the product changed.

Interesting!
