Well i was supposed to have had the left knee replaced on the 15th of October, but had to see the anaesthetist in person before they would go ahead. So op was postponed until i had seen him (which fortunately occured on the 17th) The upshot was that they have delayed my op until i lose another 2 stone , which will bring my bmi down to the…

Aeries yes well done and I agree you will get there. I had my knee’s replaced in 2016 and 2017 and was 75 and 76 and my knee surgeon suggested I lose weight which I did and my recovery went well.
