In this land of Laws punishment should not exceed the crime. All people are entitled to equal rights under the Law. Leaving me with one question that perhaps someone can enlighten me about. In the case of murder the average sentence for a husband murdering his wife is 6 to 10 years, while the average sentence for a wife murdering her husband is 25 years to life!!!!!!

I think it might relate to the fact that women are still considered second class citizens – just my opinion lol xox
We have a situation here where people are murdered and no one is arrested. But they will be catching those that exceed the speed limits. Also if a black man kills a white couple, it doesnt reach the news, but be it the other way around, then there is hell to play. The “Self defense” argument has fallen by the way side too, so one has to be real careful in these times. Equal rights – human rights all just a fallacy, Some have more rights than others. Killing a spouse is another thing – why not just divorcee them?
