I am coming to the belief that my dog is afraid of the dark.
What evidence do I have for this you ask? Well normally when I come downstairs in the morning I open the French windows for him and he rushes to the top of the garden to ensure the entirety of his domain is free from intruders.
However with the dark mornings I have needed to turn…

I think prontopronto may well be right here way. Dog’s eyesight deteriorates with age as ours does. I don’t think it’s really fear of the dark, as such, just what might be lurking in it, especially if Wilf’s eyes are not as sharp as they once were.
