A happy Saturday from Chicago CST zone 6:13 AM. My weather is god enough and roads are safe. Hooray for that. I finally got enough sleep but I had to making go back to sleep. I feel good enough today. I am going out to buy a few grocery items and do a few errands and go to the gym. I may not get them all done. Hugs and good wishes.

I went to my Dentist and part of her list of questions include, “Are you on a special diet”? i thought she meant a medically advised diet, but I was not sure what was meant. Today is Thursday and I can go wherever I choose before evening today which is a great feeling of freedom. I slept in one shift of 4 hours and 20 minutes which is okay but not good. I have an errand day planned. Hugs and good wishes to everyone. I just realized I had three cups of coffee, so I won’t do that today. I am a confessed coffee junkie.
