I went to my Costco which sells in large quantities and bought about 10 pounds of frozen vegetables and a few other things. I am prepared to eat healthier this week. because we have cold weather predicted for tomorrow and a bit of snow, but I have my day free tomorrow to make soup and do other small jobs.

I checked out Cardamon on the UK Amazon site and it’s very much cheaper over here. Less than £5.00 for 50gms. The best price I could find on Amazon USA was 12 dollars for a smaller amount. I was curious as I use it in my cooking. 🤔
