Good afternoon, It is a hot afternoon here in Baltimore County and 97 outside. My cousin Mary came up on Saturday morning and just left at 3:30p.m. to drive back down to Chevey Chase, MD. Going to go down to the post office to mail a package to my cousin in Galveston , TX. The schools opened here on 8/28 and they will be closed as will the government offices on Monday .
